To Die For Lemon Loaf was our second product ever and many call it the most delicious! It's by far our most decadent item -- it could even pass as dessert (served with ice cream or maybe some vegan caramel sauce?). Made with coconut milk and surprise crunchy bits of millet (the piece de resistance), this lemon loaf is nothing like your grandma's. It's doused with lemon juice for extra 'zing' and then a thin layer of icing which serves as the glue for its final topping of toasted coconut.

Our plant-based breakfast cookie is loaded with super foods and healthy calories -- it's an easy grab-and-go-breakfast option that To Die For Bakery founder Erin Ireland describes as her "morning oatmeal in cookie form".
